Cracked Black Pepper Biltong

Our delicious beef snack is made from the South African technique of infusing simple spices to cure the meat.  They are then hung on hooks for days to naturally cook instead of using heat.  The end result is a healthier snack than beef jerky since there are zero sugars. 

Our air-dried biltong are made with black pepper that is high in protein.  Our biltong makes a great snack at home as part of a charcuterie grazing board, party snacks, or while you watch your favorite sport or movie.  Biltong also goes great on the go since it is lightweight and is packed full of protein.
